Shipping policy

Siddhi Silks ships across India. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of every charge, including shipping. We currently accept only prepaid orders; Cash on Delivery is not available.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Our usual delivery time is 4–7 working days.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate address along with the correct pin code when placing your order. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or packages returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure timely and proper handling. No refunds may be claimed for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Third-Party Delivery Instructions

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and have provided prior instructions to hand the shipment to a security person, neighbor, or other third party, the following terms apply:

  • Any escalation or complaint regarding non-delivery must be raised within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date.

  • We will not be held responsible for non-delivery or loss if the issue is reported after this 7-day window.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the third party as per your instructions, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.

  • We will not entertain complaints or claims raised beyond the 7-day period.
