Refund policy
We allow the return of products only if they have a manufacturing defect, are damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Reporting Window
For manufacturing defects, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If you discover issues such as damage, color shade variations, or length discrepancies upon delivery, we strongly recommend initiating a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer support at help.siddhisilks@gmail.com with clear images of the defective or damaged product. Recording a clear video of the unboxing process is strongly recommended to expedite your request.

Packaging and Condition
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Original folds and packaging must be retained, and price tags along with the original receipt or invoice must be intact. If our team determines the product is ineligible for return after inspection, the item will be shipped back to you and the return shipment charges must be borne by you.
Sending Your Return
Once approved, please send the eligible product to [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] within 7 business days. Clearly mention your name, order number, and mobile number on the top of the return packaging.
Quality Check
Every returned product is thoroughly inspected by our QC team, which holds the sole right to decide whether a product is eligible for return or exchange. If a product does not justify our quality check, we will contact you through your registered email ID or phone number with further instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled online only; in-store exchanges are not permitted. The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the product you have and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale items or gift cards. However, sale items remain fully covered for manufacturing defects, damage, or wrong-item deliveries under the terms above.
We also do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns under this cooling-off period that are not due to manufacturing defects or damage, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints or concerns may be directed to our Grievance Officer at help.siddhisilks@gmail.com with the subject line "Grievance." The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and shall redress the grievance within one month from the date of receipt.
